    Edinburgh Visit
I'm going to be in Edinburgh over Easter.
    Specifically between 17/03 & 29/03.
I'll be spending some time with family, a weekend at Conpulsion and some time chasing up old friends.
What I was wondering was if any of my good LJ friends would be willing to offer crash space for a night or two over the period.
Any offers are appreciated a lot.

Also, if you want to meet up and get some quality time, feel free to drop a note here, there are lots of people I really want to see again :)

    It's That Time Of Year...

...But we British take adversity in our stride.

And on that subject, I am chronologically advancing towards termination.
Twenty six solar cycles and I have achieved as little as possible :-)
My only real concern in life is completing all of the RPG games on my consoles before I expire.
There are quite a few of them...

    "Together again esse"

I don't care what other people have to say about what happened.
Read the police statements and make your own mind up.
I'm remembering the 20 years of hard work and pure dedication that made him my hero.
Not the irrational weekend that took it all away.

    Sega Fantasy VI
It's been a long time since this did the rounds, but it is well worth it.

Imagine a world where retro consoles are near extinction at the tyrannical hands of the next generation monsters!
A world once magical, where gaming was fun, but is now being exploited for personal power and clearer graphics.
The retro consoles must fight back against the next generation to ensure the future of gaming is safe for all!

    This is Sega Fantasy VI.
A flash homage to Final Fantasy VI with retro consoles as the parts of the main characters.
In-jokes and fantastic dialogue and music abound.
This is a work of love, enjoy.

    Some Fan Videos
The sleugh of comic book movies out there is going to be an ever growing tide of media. But what some people look for a are faithful adaptions of the best comics, to see how the medium changes the tale.

Here we have a group of people who write, design and shoot their own movie trialers based on some of their favourite comic licenses. It's all done for fun, but there is certainly a lot of skill and they make for good watching.

Here are some of their works, which are worth watching:

    Grant Morrison's Arkham Asylum

    Frank Miller's Bad Boy

    Leiji Matsumoto's Captain Harlock

Pat Mill's Slaine: The Horned God

They are not perfect, but they show a lot of skil and a re presented fairly well. Worth watching and enjoying.

    I'm Real!

The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world that Civi did exist.

Which movie was this quote from?

    NATIONAL ZOMBIE DAY!!!
    I ([info]civi) and the marvelous [info]hildekitten have a plan...

    WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!

WANTED: Large number of volunteers to dress up as Zombies in London and be photographed in the tube system and around tourist attractions for the sheer fun of it.
We also need people capable of doing people up as aforementioned Zombies.
No date set yet (due to be a random weekend in 2007), but we need responses for rough numbers.
Come one, WHO WANTS TO BE A ZOMBIE???

Now we can have a NATIONAL ZOMBIE DAY!!!

    YAAAYYY!!!!

Feel free to link this to all buggery :)

    Current Mood: Mmm... braaainnsss...
